Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all waste clearance services ("Services") provided by [Your Company Name], a company registered in the United Kingdom.

By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Deposits

2.1. All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or booking form).

2.2. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

2.3. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. You may cancel or reschedule your booking by providing written notice.

3.2. If cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time, your deposit will be refunded in full.

3.3. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3.4. In the event we must cancel or reschedule the booking, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative booking date.

4. Waste Types and Access

4.1. The Customer must accurately describe the type and volume of waste. Additional charges may apply for inaccurate descriptions or
hazardous materials.

4.2. It is your responsibility to ensure clear and safe access to the property.

4.3. We reserve the right to refuse service if the site is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Liability

5.1. We are fully insured for public liability.

5.2. We shall not be liable for any damage caused due to poor access or unforeseen site conditions unless due to our negligence.

6. Compliance and Disposal

6.1. All waste will be disposed of in accordance with UK environmental laws and regulations.

6.2. We reserve the right to refuse collection of prohibited items such as asbestos, solvents, chemicals, or medical waste.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
